The KM4 RIS is an M16 length rifle that includes a 2-piece RIS system that is as solid as it gets. There is also a top rail on the body, but a handle is included. KWA's version 2 gear box is reinforced with 9mm gears and claims to be LiPo ready, and it is. The rear stock is a unique design, as the clips to the butt of the stock clip around the form of the stock rather then inserting through two holes in the read of the stock. Unlike many stocks of this design, it will allow for a small sized battery to fit straight up/down, or for knuckle style batters on either side of the tube. The bolt catch and release are solid, and add a feel of realism to the gun.

The KM4 RIS makes an excellent field platform. With the included RIS, you can use the money you saved on purchasing accessories (Flaslights, PEQ Boxes, etc). The rifle also includes a CQB Sling plate at the rear of the main body, and a sling attachment point at the front of the rail system. The stock has a place to add a swivel on either side, as well as slits for straps. The rate of fire is excellent for an AEG, and the trigger response is instant.
